1. Booking Conditions
The booking is considered guaranteed after confirmation by the hotel.
To guarantee a reservation, you must:
- prepayment for 1 day
- 100% prepayment
- depending on the tariff.
- The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize a bank card.
2. Non-refundable tariffs
When choosing a non-refundable tariff:
100% prepayment is charged,
Cancellations, date changes, or refunds are not provided.
3. Change of booking
Change of dates of stay is possible subject to availability of rooms.
In case of a change in the cost of accommodation, the current rate is applied at the time of making the changes.
4. Group bookings
For bookings of 8 rooms or more, there are separate payment and cancellation terms, which are agreed individually.
5. Additional conditions
The cost of accommodation may not include a tourist fee for foreign citizens (paid additionally according to the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan).
Guests are required to provide a valid identification document upon check-in.
